Requirements to be a BANJA Ranja and RanJette

Each member must understand that differences of opinions are expected and accepted within the organization.
Each member is expected to adhere to the standards for maturity and dedication.
Each member is to understand that MATURITY is the ability to accept reality, sacrifice, set goals, and have consideration of others without being judgmental.
Each member is to understand that DEDICATION is putting maturity into a lifelong program of action for advancement and success.
Each member is expected to showcase all talents, skills, and experiences to advance the ideals of BANJA and assist other members to realize their full potential.
Each member should embrace should seek to embrace an intangible element of brotherhood/sisterhood known as “Banja Family Love”. (BFL)
Each member should also know that BFL should not be bestowed upon any external entity.
Each member should understand that embracing that BFL can help him/her conquer life challenges and realize personal dreams and challenges.
