Clinical Engineers are headquarters-based and provides technical phone support to healthcare providers (customers) and to field-based employees. Additionally, the CTS Clinical Engineer performs the customer experience investigation, which includes communicating with the customer, documenting details of the customer experience, determining the device relationship to the customer experience, performing complaint determinations, coding, determining required regulatory reportability, obtaining the elements required for investigation, and determining the root cause of events.
