If caller commits: "Great! May I have your full name and a cell phone number to reach you? You will receive a text message within the hour to confirm our address as well as your appointment time." **It`s your responsibility to text H.R. at 832-930-4684 with the applicants full name, phone # and appointment time you gave them.
If caller cannot commit: "No problem. Would you like your name and number to be added to our call back list in case we do not fill all the positions?
Requirement KPI`s:
1) Show empathy on every call (make a connection with caller)
2)Must set 20 appointments per day . NO EXCEPTION
3)Reach daily budget 3 x`s salary.
4)No outside communication with callers outside of our inbound recorded calls.
5)Quality 80 or higher.
