To start of the week right you must be equipped with these things with you and do them always. Here are the things that you must do during Monday mornings to make your week just right .
1. When you hear your alarm clock rings stand up and smile.
2. Do some basic exercise like jumping jack and stretching, this will help your sleeping muscles awake and alive in the morning.
3. Have a breakfast and drink en your coffee to start your blood circulating.
4. Look in the mirror and say Good Morning to yourself.
5. Have a cold bath and enjoy your moment taking a bath.
6. Choose your most comfortable clothes to wear and comfortable shoes.
7. Leave the house with smile on your face for sure everyone you enconter on the street would your good vibes and will smile at you too. Don't forget to greet Good Morning to your boss and office mates.
By doing these simple things for sure your Monday will start just perfectly right and you will be amazed on the outcome too.
