Good evening Sasia Dickerson , no you do not have to be on a plan to stream content. There is lots of free content if you are not ready to upgrade to the $10/mo plan. If you decide not to select a plan, you may only watch content unless it says free which it will clearly say. I recommend you watch UGC and other free videos for now until you are ready to upgrade. When you upgrade you can also get paid when other users stream your UGC like YouTube. At the free level you can not get paid for your own UGC uploads. I recommednd reiewing the Terms of Service page at the bottom right. I hope I amswered all of your questions.

I will be streaming but i am trying to see if i have to be on a plan to view the videos because someone else was having issues with it and i was invited by beautiful soul

I will be attending this challenge, but I need someone to contract me on the payment method for PayPal.
